Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hats that have been used or washed.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of an initial defect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not issue return labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
